Vanguard Vending LLC (“Vanguard Vending,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit vanguardvend.com or contact us, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have.

Information we collect

Information you provide. When you fill out our contact form or email us, we collect the details you share — typically your name, email address, phone number, and the contents of your message (for example, details about your vending business).

Information collected automatically. When you visit our site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain information through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies, including pages viewed, time on site, referring pages, links clicked, browser and device type, IP address, and approximate location derived from your IP address.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising

We use Google Tag Manager to manage the tools on our site, and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it so we can improve it. We may also use advertising services, such as Google Ads, to measure how well our ads perform and to show our ads to people who have visited our site. You can manage ad personalization in your Google Ad Settings, opt out of Google Analytics with the opt-out browser add-on, and block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site remains usable without cookies.

Do Not Track. Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal. Because there is no common standard for how to respond to it, our site does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals.

How we use your information

• Provide, operate, and improve our coaching services and website
• Send communications you’ve asked to receive (you can unsubscribe at any time)
• Understand site usage and measure the effectiveness of our advertising

• Legal and safety reasons, when required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property
• Business transfers, as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not share it with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.

Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above — for example, to respond to your inquiry and any follow-up conversation — or as required by law. Analytics data is retained according to the settings of the analytics provider.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing info@vanguardvend.com. You can also opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any message.

Your California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, this section applies to you, along with the rest of this policy.

Categories of information. In the past 12 months we have collected the following categories of personal information: identifiers (such as name, email address, phone number, and IP address); internet or other electronic network activity (such as browsing and interaction data on our site); approximate geolocation; and information you choose to include in your messages to us. We collect this information from you directly, from your browser or device, and from our analytics and advertising partners, for the purposes described in “How we use your information.” We do not collect sensitive personal information.

Sale and sharing. We do not sell personal information for money. Our use of advertising cookies may be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. You can opt out of this sharing at any time using the cookie and ad-settings controls above, or by emailing us. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.

Your rights. Subject to certain exceptions, California residents have the right to:

• Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose about you
• Request deletion of your personal information
• Correct inaccurate personal information
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information
• Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights

How to make a request. Email info@vanguardvend.com with the subject line “California Privacy Request.” We will verify your request by matching the information you provide with the information we have, and respond within 45 days. You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf; we may ask for proof of the agent’s authorization and to verify your identity directly.

Shine the Light. California Civil Code § 1798.83 allows California residents to request information about personal information shared with third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Children’s privacy

Our website and services are intended for adults and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll post the revised version here and update the date at the top of the page. We review this policy at least once a year.
